Bidder/Vendor Information Request

Upon completion of an internal audit conducted by the Purchasing Department, we are purging our vendor information and updating our Bidder/Vendor files.

In order to continue doing business with Montgomery County the Bidder/Vendor Information Form must be completed and returned to our office. Failure to submit the required information will result in Montgomery County being unable to receive goods or services from your company.
