Rapid Response to Crime Scenes

Domestic Violence Unit is responsible for investigating and prosecuting cases of Domestic Violence within Montgomery County. They also assist victims with obtaining Orders of Protection and are responsible for serving and enforcing those orders, along with Conditions of Release.

The DVU also provides training on Domestic Abuse issues to other Law Enforcement agencies, First Responders and other groups. Some of the agencies and groups trained include the Clarksville Fire Department, Montgomery County E-911 Dispatch, Fort Campbell Military Police and Department of The Army Civilian Police and many civic groups such as the Kiwanis and the Rotary.
