If you do not own or have access to a computer, Human Resources does have two public kiosk machines that you can use to submit your application. Human Resources is located at 1 Millennium Plaza, Suite 111, which is on the 1st Floor of the historical courthouse. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., except on designated holidays.
