We accept cash, check or money orders for recording. We do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.

Deed:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page
  • $5.00 for each additional instrument in document
  • $2.00 computer fee
  • $3.70 (per thousand) State Conveyance Tax
  • $1.00 Register Fee (if State Conveyance Tax applies)

Deed of Trust:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page
  • $2.00 computer fee
  • $1.15 (per thousand) State Mortgage Tax (1st $2000 exempt)
  • $1.00 Register Fee (if State Mortgage Tax applies)

Full/Partial Release

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page
  • $5.00 for each additional reference
  • $2.00 computer fee

Assignment:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page
  • $5.00 for each additional reference
  • $2.00 computer fee

Power of Attorney:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page
  • $2.00 computer fee

Notice of Completion:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages
  • $5.00 for each additional page

Greenbelts, Judgements:

  • $10.00 first two (2) pages

Charters, Mergers, etc:

  • $5.00 not exceeding five (5) pages
  • $0.50 for each additional page

UCC Fixture Filings & UCC Filings:

  • $13.00 not exceding ten (10) pages
  • $2.00 computer fee
  • $1.15 (per thousand) State Mortgage Tax (1st $2000 exempt)

UCC Fixture Filing with Assignment:

  • $13.00 filing fee (UCC)
